We have been fortunate to have an opportunity to play a part in preserving some of the historic landmarks in our city.

Fred Shearer & Sons offers installation of conventional stucco systems starting with air & moisture barriers to the application of the finish coat.
Exterior Insulation Finish System (EIFS)
Fred Shearer & Sons is a certified Association Walls & Ceiling Industry (AWCI) EIFS Smart Contractor.
Our team has completed the AWCI EIFS—Doing It Right® certification program, which includes adhering to a Code of Ethics, training, testing, and a dedication to quality EIFS installation.
Suspended Ceilings
Our craftsmen and management team are well versed in many different suspended ceiling assemblies. From drywall suspension systems, acoustical ceiling systems, to custom wood and metal ceilings. We can provide expertise from design engineering services to high quality installation.

Drywall Systems
We offer a highly experienced team of management and trained craftsmen to take on even the most challenging clean room installation. We offer quality installation of complete clean room systems including wall, ceiling, and raised floor systems.
Doors & Hardware
We offer installation of door frames, doors, and hardware, by many different manufacturers and applications.
Fireproofing
Fred Shearer & Sons is an authorized applicator Grace Sprayed Applied fireproofing products. We will provide project specific submittal packages to meet code.
Acoustical
Fred Shearer & Sons offers expertise with challenging acoustical projects. We install custom acoustic wall and ceiling panels, acoustic rated wall and ceiling assemblies, and provide design build systems involving sound isolation components.
Access Floors
We offer a wide range of raised access flooring installation including office space, data centers, and clean room applications.
Fred Shearer & Sons is a local dealer and installer of Haworth access flooring systems.
Expansion Joints
Fred Shearer & Sons is a qualified installer of various expansion joints systems.
