THE SPALDING BUILDING

The Spalding Building, designed by American Renaissance architect Cass Gilbert and built in 1911, is on the National Register of Historic Places.

Judge’s comment: “The requirement to maintain the buildings historical significance along with the complexity of the space demanded a collaborative effort by everyone involved. The pre-construction product research, investigation, and mock-ups provided by the acoustical contractor helped to create a beautiful end result.”
